small large
loaves rather than just one or maybe other people had to leave it in for a long time like me??? I noted someone else had the same problem but there was no solution given — any ideas are welcome
as obviously it works for a lot of people!
Quickbreads follow the same ratios
as muffins (just baked in one large
loaf instead of many
small ones)- so if you would cut down the sugar typically in a muffin, then I can see cutting down the sugar here too.
I also like to do things like this in
small loaves and give them
as gifts to our residents at the retirement community we own.
Helene, if you make those
smaller breads in a larger
loaf pan they will be very flat
as the batter does not sufficiently fill the pan.
This makes a pretty
small loaf as is.

Hi I reduced the eggs by 1 (did not realise I only had 4 eggs left)
As I did not have a
small loaf tin I put this mixture into a 6 hole muffin pan.

as a chocolate mold, but if you have a mold I recommend using that

You can just shape the dough into
smaller loaves and watch closely
as you bake.
I've been told by other readers that it forms / rises / bakes very well
as separate
