If you really get into making your own
coconut oil bites, I highly recommend owning a
small collection
of silicone molds — they make the process very easy, plus they're cute!

In a
small skillet, toast the pumpkin seeds in a little
bit of coconut oil with a sprinkle
of salt over a high heat.
I made a big pan
of small dice roasted veggies with
coconut oil and he's been having those with chickpeas and / or chicken, some sort
of diced fruit, cheese or avocado and a couple gf crackers or a
bit of a mini muffin.

I took a
bit of coconut oil and greased a 6 - inch spring form pan (any
small cake pan will work and you can line with parchment paper if you prefer).
I made a few changes: I used all plain flour (that's all I had), sheep's milk yogurt (I bought it to try and it's weird / gross so I made these to use it up), a little
bit of coconut oil in replace
of about a quarter
of the butter because I didn't want to open a new packet
of butter (I'm just lazy:P), and I used 4
small apples instead
of 2 big (gasp!).
In a
small jar with a tight fitting lid, combine
coconut oil, vinegar, lime juice, honey, ginger, paprika, and a
bit of salt and pepper.

coconut oil and throw in a
small bit of mashed banana for flavor.

small percentage
of cheaper oils to boost manufacturer and / or
coconut oil reseller profits, poorly filtered causing the
coconut protein
bits to «culture» the
oil, or just old, manufacturer's defect
