Made them into muffins instead (since I know your use a
much smaller bread pan than what I currently have, so the bread comes out very low).
If you want to try a variety of flavors,
use small bread pans or large muffin pans — you might need to cook them a little slower and need to stir them to cook them evenly.
To correct this I separate the dough into 2
smaller bread pans — about 7.5 x 3.5.
Also, in order to make a «higher» loaf, be sure and use
a small bread pan.
I made cupcakes and
a small bread pan of the cake.
