During my work conference yesterday, it started to lightly snow and
a small feeling of panic began to set in my head and the pit of my stomach.

It wasn't anything specific that put me there, but at the time it
felt like a
small storm
of 2 weeks before book deadline / money
panic / fear about how this book will be received / what happened to the summer / what will I do next / and so on and so on.
Also, steer clear
of caffeine until you've been
panic - free for a while; it can trigger these
feelings when consumed even in
small amounts.
Examples include gastroparesis (slowing
of the emptying
of the stomach) which may result in
small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), anxiety,
panic attacks, tinnitus (ringing
of the ears),
feelings of isolation and depression, weight gain and obesity, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), abnormally slow heart rate, B12 deficiency and even seizures.
During the night, though, even the
smallest zombie can become a killer as the lack
of daylight turns them all into fierce beasts who would love nothing better than to chase you down and
feel the
panic run from your face.
