To attach these smaller flowers, wrap them around the wire crown with
the small floral wire.
With these flowers, they can just be attached with
the small floral wire — no felt needed.

I used 4
small grapevine wreaths -LRB-.99 cents at the craft store), 4 mini artificial wreaths (also from the craft store), and made one using a metal hoop with fresh eucalyptus,
floral wire and Christmas bells.

floral stretch tape, wrap the tape around the stems while tugging slightly to stretch the tape and secure your

STEP 1: Clip
