I do not microwave in
plastic because of the risk of toxins getting into the food, actually don't care for microwaves that much so I started putting my hot things in
glass containers, even
small mason jars work for heating up if you'd like to use a microwave,
or I heat them up at home, store them in
glass, and keep it separate from the other foods.
Freeze leftover soup in meal - sized portions (
glass Pyrex
or small plastic yogurt - size containers work well).
Next, weigh out the coconut oil and sweet almond oil into a
small 50mL
glass or plastic beaker.
Some of the teen ranges have plainer
glasses that are fine (eg plain black
plastic)
or look for the
smallest fit in adult ranges (mine are 50/16 and anything bigger looked ridiculous).
You should look for a cage with 1/2 inch
or smaller bar spacing for adult syrian hamsters, and baby syrian hamsters may need to be in a cage with
glass or plastic walls as they may be able to slip even the
smallest bar spacing.
If only
small amounts of
glass or plastic have been ingested, a bulky diet including starchy foods like bread
or canned pumpkin may be recommended to help it pass without causing additional damage.
