This
exhibition brings together a
small group of large works
by Philip Guston, Peter Saul, Robert Colescott, and Carroll Dunham — artists who share an affinity for depicting the figure in a cartoonish, comic style.
Almost all of Bernhardt's two - dozen solo shows, some of which saw her covering walls with advertisements from Spanish bodegas or collaborating with Jdia, oftentimes — as in her current
exhibition — activating the space
by covering the floors (in this case, with burlap coffee sacks), have been downtown, in
small group shows, and around the globe.

small group of artists, LACE (Los Angeles Contemporary
Exhibitions) has become an internationally recognized pioneer among art institutions.

exhibition will draw a line through work that reflects the principles Loos used to define modernity — simplicity, freedom, purity, and the rejection of superfluous decoration —
by exploring the development of the reductive process as seen through the eyes of a
small group of leading European and American artists from the latter half of the 20th century.
During Daum Escape, busloads of students and teachers are welcomed
by docents who take
small groups on tours of the current
exhibitions.
In the past few years, the artist has participated in numerous

Luckily we're
small (33 artists), so we can't cover every base, and in being
small we are specific about comparisons and juxtapositions — it is explicitly a
group exhibition that mixes artworks
by different artists.

small works is a
group exhibition showcasing works
by Kingston Gallery Members and Kingston Associates.
The present
exhibition groups a
small selection of works
by Lawrence Wiener, Carl Andre, Hanne Darboven and Rosemarie Castorio among others.
With 90
exhibitions and several hundred artists showing work inside an urban area
smaller than the perimeter of Berlin's ringbahn, there is a glut of shows — the best of which are of two kinds: selected solo shows
by strong local galleries, and energetic collective and
group shows
by emerging artists.
Bringing together 28 works
by an impressive roster of artists, David Zwirner's summer
group exhibition aims to provide support to Thread, a socio - cultural community center located in Sinthian, a
small village on the southeastern part of Senegal.
After studying at Central St Martin's College during the 1990s, David began his artistic development with a
small solo
exhibition of large scale embroidered canvases at The Approach, followed shortly
by an acclaimed
group exhibition in 2001 at the Saatchi Gallery.

by a volunteer board of artists, The Halide Project produces two annual

group exhibition comprising work made
by the nine organizing artists is currently on view at Essex Flowers, a new space in the
small basement of a florist's shop on the Lower East Side.
Tennant's
small - scale bronze works appeared in a series of influential
group exhibitions entitled Sculpture in the Home that were staged
by the Arts Council in the 1950s and 60s, which we explored in an
exhibition and issue 60 of our Essays on Sculpture series in 2008.
The show will open on Thursday evening from 6.30 pm and will include photographic work
by the author and a
small group exhibition.
The surviving photographs of these works were all found at that time to be dated 1942, but a
small concrete construction in the artist's collection, reminiscent in its more organic form of Henry Moore's pre-war stringed pieces, is dated 1945 and the first Crypt
