I do not microwave in plastic because of the risk of toxins getting into the food, actually don't care for microwaves that much so I started putting my hot things in glass containers, even
small mason jars work for heating up if you'd like to use a microwave, or I heat them up at home, store them in glass, and keep it separate from the other foods.
