I thought to myself that this, in addition to
the small pile of books I'm currently reading, is a sure sign that a summer reading frenzy has begun — and I might not be alone.
This observation was brought delightfully home to me a few months ago, when I dropped
a small pile of books on the checkout desk at my neighborhood public library.

The point to all

of «stuff» extruding fingers and gun barrels; suns and balls on the horizon.

There are lots
of books for study, mailings, articles, and notes to remind him
of this or that... It's a
