Mr. Braff, Ms. Portman, Mr. Sarsgaard and Mr. Holm never strike a false note as a remarkably coherent acting ensemble, and it is good to see Ron Leibman again in
the small role of Doctor Cohen.

role of small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is still not entirely clear, more and more
doctors are diagnosing SIBO in their IBS patients, along with providing a prescription for a course
of antibiotics.
Doctor Strange should only have a
small role to play in the film, and given the intergalactic nature
of the storyline, it should be one that wraps up fairly early on.
Lynch is pretty good at this kind
of drollery, and he's not the only actor here who registers strongly in a
smaller role: Others include Ron Livingston as a lawyer; Ed Begley Jr. as the
doctor who examines Lucky after a mysterious fall; and Tom Skerritt as a veteran who swaps World War II stories with Lucky.
