My number one way to enjoy chocolate is simply to savor one
small square of dark chocolate after lunch or dinner.
I've never been one to be able to eat
a small square of dark chocolate after dinner and call it dessert.
In this case, just 1 or 2
small squares of dark chocolate can many times satisfy your sweet tooth for only 30 or 40 calories as opposed to 500 calories for a piece of chocolate cake or a piece of pie.
For each day you avoid these three vices, you get three
small squares of dark chocolate.

Dark chocolate: Snack on one
small square of a bar that's at least 70 percent cacao.
Then introduce a
small amount
of dark chocolate (three
squares) on the weekends as a treat.
Some ideas: half an apple and a tablespoon
of peanut butter, vegetables and hummus, a
small banana and a
square of dark chocolate.
I recommend eating one
small square (about 1 to 1.5 ounces)
of dark chocolate per day.
I totally crave
chocolate sometimes (I usually crave salty food more than anything) but my go too for
chocolate is a
small square of organic
dark chocolate (If you can find raw organic
dark chocolate that's even better)(70 % cacao and up is best), or lets say I crave something salty, I would maybe eat a
small salad, or if I am in a hurry another go too for me is a cucumber cut in half length wise and sprinkled with a little bit Himalayan salt.

squares, chunks, or chips) 1/2 cup pureed ripe avocado, about 1/2 large avocado or 1

of your choice: coconut flakes or chips, crushed nuts, crushed freeze dried fruit, cocoa powder, crushed candy canes, or any other toppings you can think

of nuts (pistachios, almonds, or pecans are my favorite, and loaded with nutrition) and a
small square or two
of extra
dark chocolate
Prepare your own trail mix with some whole wheat
squares, dry fruit, nuts, and even a
small dose
of dark chocolate.
