I had some extra batter left over (I had to use a
smaller loaf pan) and so I added some of my homemade almond / coconut milk to make the texture of the batter more
like pancake batter... I fried them up in some coconut oil and MAN, they were delish!!
If you want it to be thicker, just put it in a
smaller dish,
like a
loaf pan, to freeze.
I found a nice cast iron
loaf pan that is
smaller like the Magicline (look on Amazon).

loaf pan (same size, or
smaller); it makes it easier to tamp down and even out the dough.
Personally, I

smaller loaf pan so the slices are wider.
