Carry
a smaller nut butter jar with you paired with a spoon, go for conveniently packed one - serving nut butter portions, or make it a sandwich.

With the new Blendtec, it has the big
jar, but we also got the
smaller one that is used more for making
nut butters.
If you're going to get a Blendtec, I would recommend getting the
smaller jar (for an added price) as well (though you CAN still make
nut butters in the bigger
jar).
Method - Mix all ingredients together in a
small bowl and then transfer to your almost - empty
nut / seed
butter jar.
While they're great sources of fat,
nuts and seeds contain
small amounts of carbohydrate that can easily add up to something significant because they're fairly easy to overeat (how many times have you absent - mindedly killed a
jar of almond
butter or a bag of pistachios?).
