I put it in
the smallest glass pan i had (Pyrex; smaller by a tad than an 8 × 4 pan) and it came out quite nicely.

+ Prepare for the jelly mold by setting aside a mesh strainer and a
small glass loaf
pan.
I didn't change one thing (except I only had a 8.5 × 4 - inch
glass loaf
pan — my
smallest).
Reserve 2 - 3 tablespoons of marinade in a

I am always on the lookout for
small glass pie
pans — about the 4 - 6 inch size — they are great for making a sweet individual pie for a birthday girl or boy, or to give a little taste of home cooking to our elderly neighbor who lives all alone and is over 90!
