Smoothie bowls are a regular visitor to my
breakfast table (who am I kidding, there is no table in this equation, I eat
breakfast standing up in the kitchen as I prep
for shoots, or sitting
at my desk while editing photos... but that's another story altogether).
It has well - thought out accessories that are included
at no extra charge like sippy cup lids, which are great
for blending
breakfast smoothies to go.
Since one batch will make two
smoothies, you can make one
for yourself and someone else or make two days worth of
breakfasts at once.
Add to milk or water, or try it out with your favourite
smoothies or porridge
at breakfast times
for a protein - packed treat.
So if you are up
for it, I dare you to switch the classic pink
smoothie out with this

I think the easiest way to go about this is to have a
smoothie for breakfast everyday, pack a salad to take to work, or eat a salad out
at lunch as its usually easier to find decent salads
at restaurants than any other type of food, then soup
for dinner.

As you may know, it's something I like to do
at the beginning of the week to add to my
smoothie bowls, overnight oats, or on toast
for breakfast and snack time throughout the week.
I love a slogan vest top, they're great motivation
for the gym or
for when you're chilling

This would be ideal as I'm am up
at 530 am getting ready
for work and then getting my 3 kids their

smoothies are hefty, voluminous, and push 800 + calories, I'm only consuming them after having fasted
for the previous 12 - 16 hours (e.g. if I finish dinner
at 8 pm, the approximate time I'd eat
breakfast would be about 10 am), and during that fasted window, I'm typically performing some kind of easy morning workout, along with a cold soak or a cold shower.
Smoothies are great

at any time of the day.
