smoothies as they create the creamiest of the
consistency, it will literally feel you are having pudding for breakfast!
A high speed blender works
best for creating a nice thick
smoothie base (aim for a sorbet
consistency), but if you don't have a blender, I'm sure that a food processor would give you similar results.

The
consistency of your green
smoothie will be flawless in either machine, and both are powerful enough to grind grains, nuts and pretty
well anything else you want to put into it (if you've never seen the WILL IT BLEND series — it's worth a watch, although it mostly makes me wish he gave me that iPad instead of chewing it up)
You can also freeze Greek yogurt but the
consistency changes a bit so it might be
best for
smoothies.
