This recipe is not from the book but it combines many of our favorite
smoothie ingredients mentioned in the book into one master
smoothie which we often make in family
size and
portion out in mini bottles.
I like to cut up bananas, adding 1/2 of a banana to each snack -
size portion bag, and putting them into the freezer so they're always ready for
smoothies.
