If you want a thick
smoothie use less water; if you want it thinner add more water.

The trick I've found with making a thick and creamy
smoothie without those two ingredients, is to
use a touch
less water.
The intensity of the recipe's chocolate flavor is very good, but, if mimicking Root's
smoothie is a goal, you'd want to
use less cacao and more coconut
water.
