Recently, I discovered the technique of freezing
my smoothies in ice cube trays in the freezer.

If your milk isn't already cold I'd recommend adding a couple of
ice cubes or putting the
smoothie in the fridge for 1/2 an hour.
I started freezing extra pumpkin
in ice cube trays a long time ago (I use the chunks

A lot of times I make more than enough
smoothie, so I just freeze the extra
in an
ice cube tray and use them for another day!

It's a great trick to freeze brewed tea (or even coconut water)

Blend
