That's a tough one, it changes with the seasons really, friends tell me I make some mean Sri Lankan inspired Curries and Broths, I would also say vegetable Juices and
Smoothies (I've been focusing heavily on non
fruit based juices lately) I recently finished my book which comes
out Jan 2016 and had to recreate 150
of my recipes over 2 days!
It ended up working
out for the best because using frozen
fruit instead
of ice makes for THE creamiest
smoothies.
Smoothies can be a great meal after a workout
out, this drink is a mixture
of ingredients that can include
fruits and vegetables as well as protein powder, creatine, fat burners, flax seeds, peanut butter and anything else you can blend together.
Then when you need some snacking
fruit (or something to make a
smoothie super creamy and frosty), just pop them
out a few minutes before eating and they are cold firm bursts
of joy yet again!
All that
fruit also requires quite a bit
of prep work and let's be honest, when I'm making a
smoothie for breakfast it's probably because I'm running
out the door like a hot mess.
Phew - there really is only so many dried
fruits and nuts a girl can consume, so it's a good thing I had this little beauty and a big glass
of the Super Green
smoothie to hand for my post-work
out lunch today!

I do love all sorts
of fruit smoothies and green
smoothies; big salads that serve as meals; and I've really been enjoying using a spiral slicer to make «noodles»
out of zucchini and other veggies.
In the summer, I keep chia seeds, flax seeds, peanut butter, coconut milk, cashew milk, frozen strawberries, and cocoa powder stocked, and I dose them
out into daily
smoothies, depending on what
fruit I have around and what sort
of mood I'm in.

I added more dried
fruit than I would do normally to balance
out the bitter taste
of the rhubarb but I think this strawberry rhubarb
smoothie strikes a great balance between sweetness and tartness.
When I think about the
smoothies I would order
out when I was growing up, they probably contained dairy as well as a whole lot
of artificial ingredients rather than actual
fruit.
You can also use your own custom mix — I've used plenty
of variations on this
fruit blend and this
smoothie always turns
out refreshing and delicious!

fruit that guy is, there were not a lot
of appealing lime

out a bit and throw it in my berry
smoothie bowl along with the rest
of the
fruit for added richness and creaminess.
The grassy smell and strong flavor made my

out a key difference in this recipe.
