snack in the afternoon when you are craving something sweet.
But these bars contain only good stuff, which make them perfect as a small
snack in the afternoon when cravings set in!

when I need a mid-morning or late
afternoon treat.
We've all experienced the 3 pm
snack attack that hits hard

snack that's mostly made of empty calories and sugar.

snacks!!!! Drinks are plentiful and proper Coke etc although the cocktails did all taste the same but that sometimes depended on who made them.
Keep healthy
snacks at work so you're not tempted to grab a sugary treat from Starbucks
when the
afternoon slump hits (no one's judging, but it probably won't make you feel the best
in the long run!).
When fresh fruits and vegetables are packaged to - go, kids are more likely to save them for an
afternoon snack than dump them
in the trash on their way to recess.
Half an hour before feeding time (especially
in the
afternoon when you are tired) eat a good protein - filled
snack.
Offer a variety of healthy foods often, so he has the opportunity to dig
in when he's ready — if not at lunch, then maybe during an
afternoon snack.
Or you include them
in a meal or
snack and say «let's all enjoy a few
when we have our
afternoon snack» and then pair them with fruit and yogurt as an example.
Instead, allow yourself to have two pieces of fruit per day: one
in your morning smoothie and one as an
afternoon or evening
snack when your sugar craving kicks
in.

when I have my pumpkin seed / low sodium V - 8
snack, (usually on days
when I do NOT have my oats / nuts for breakfast) I really am not hungry for lunch until much later
in the
afternoon.

when you talk about «meal post and pre workout» are you saying an extra meal like whatever the time of the day like a small
snack we eat really close to the workout, or is it like what lunch and dinner should include if i workout
in the
afternoon

As school can be very tiring for new prep students, a cool drink or
snack in the car
when you pick them up after school can help them recover for the
afternoon.
