by my thriving rhubarb patch and spurred on
by a craving for a
snacking muffin with a tender crumb.
Let me know if you try out this simple
snack recipe, that can be made a meal with an additional side or
by enjoying the whole
recipe instead of dividing into two portions.
You can put it off to the side and
snack on it little
by little while you finish off the rest of the
recipe and forget about it while you finish putting together the rest of this
recipe.
