So using my vegan butternut squash curry as an idea, I decided I wanted to create a red snapper fish curry — more accurately this Caribbean fish curry.
I knew that a buttery - ness be nice here,
so I used vegan butter rather than olive oil — but feel free to use dairy.
So I used vegan butter and all other satiating ingredients here.
So I use vegan sugar / brown sugar and erythritol on the rare occasions that I use it.
We have a dairy allergy in the family

so actually becomes healthy, it's also full of protein and has a cheesy flavour — which is why
vegans use it as it helps to replicate dairy!
Because I've out
so much effort into the food I
use, I've also went completely
vegan, gluten and chemical free in my beauty products with a Swiss company called Arbonne and fell in love with their manifesto of pure, safe and beneficial products.
The
vegan cake is my classic chocolate

so that it bakes fat, fluffy slices and the topping is a revelation - instead of butter
use sweet potato to give it sweetness, creaminess and volume without adding butter or a lot of sugar!
I think the zucchini might be in there for extra creaminess and nutrition because some of the other raw /
vegan cheesecakes I've made
use only cashews (no zucchini)
so because of that I know it isn't an essential ingredient in a raw /
vegan cheesecake recipe.
So many
vegan and raw recipes have it in them but it is simply too expensive to
use except for very social occasions.
I've never
used almonds to make a raw /
vegan cheesecake,
so I'm not sure it that would work or not.
I've done plant based
vegan, fully raw, vegetarian, healthy, unhealthy, underweight, overweight and I'm aware that the way I eat may always change in the future
so I try to be humble in what I currently believe to be «the best way to eat» and always relate it only to myself in terms of
using the word «best.»

so this time figured I'd give it a twist and
use buttery Australian Macadamias instead.

use fried chicken coating, without sugar in it!?! It's about 78g per package.
If you can get your hands on a readymade
vegan version then you could of course
use that but this recipe requires only a few easy - to - find ingredients and a minute in the food processor
so it's really not much effort.
The secret to my ultimate success is three-fold: two kinds of fat, both
vegan butter for flavor and vegetable oil for moistness; molasses also for deep, flavorful moisture; and the combination of curdled soymilk and
vegan sour cream for ever -
so - slightly - tangy tenderness (though
using all curdled soymilk will work nicely too).

Do you undercook it a bit since it will bake,
so it doesn't get mushy?Nutritional yeast is also a great sub for parmesan, that's what
vegans typically
use but it works for dairy allergies too.
It is
so nice to have a
vegan alternative that does
use soy / fake ingredients.
Truth be told, the
vegan butter I
used probably wasn't even necessary — I just happened to run out of nut butter, and the last bits weren't really sticking together,
so that did the trick.
In addition, I
use only whole foods ingredients,
so you won't find processed
vegan margarine, fake egg replacers, or processed soy «cream cheese,» for example, in any of my recipes.
Of course, that's a fabulous idea,
so we already decided that the next time we make them, we are going to make meatball subs with them
using her pizza sauce and some
vegan cheese.
I'm not
vegan so I
used a regular egg instead of a chia egg.
So I added 2 tablespoons of milk (if you're
vegan, simply
use a non-dairy milk) which toned down the crumbliness a bit and made it easier to bring into a cohesive ball.

so glad you came across my blog:) I was only vegetarian during my pregnancies
so I can't really recommend any
vegan pregnancy books, that I've
used firsthand.
To keep this salad
vegan use coconut nectar or maple syrup as the sweetener, and feel free to sweeten to taste - ketchups vary in sweetness,
so that's a variable.
This doesn't go into the sugar but it is
used in the filtering process,
so if you want your cocktail to be 100 %
vegan friendly,
use agave syrup (which blends better in liquid anyway), or unrefined sugar.
So if you're a
vegan food rookie, make sure you check in with them on the ingredients you're
using first.
