I don't think I am getting the right nutrition,
so I am going to
add more fruits and
veggies (
so, higher carbs) but I don't think I will go back to the way I was eating.
I had bought sweet potatos for something that turned out horrible
so I chopped one up and
added it to the cooked
veggies along with a small onion.
It has
so many other flavours in it with the
veggies, herbs and spices, although you might want to
add slightly more herbs to your taste x
Just made this for dinner — I'm eating semi raw at the moment
so cooked the sweet potato (and
added some parsnip too), then marinated the mushrooms in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, wilted the spinach with salt and a bit of chilli before
adding to the cooked
veggies.
For those of you that are green juice addicts I should say that I've tried
adding some greens to this, but it made the flavour a little strange
so I think it's best to stick with the sweeter
veggies and a little fruit.
I did nt read the instructions thoroughly
so I
added all the
veggies once the meat was cooked and the carrots were crunchy BUT it gave it an awesome texture.
I prefer cooked garlic
so add after
veggies cook.

veggies for it, I'm not really sure what to offer — I'd just say
add whatever you like, and see how it turns out for you.

added 1/2 a finely diced seeded jalapeno w / the
veggies and accidentally drained one of the cans of tomatoes before realizing I wasn't supposed to,
so I
added a whole can of Rotel Hot tomatoes and it was delicious.
Some people don't like to
add chicken mostly vegetarians
so use some
veggies and cheese in the mixture instead of chicken.
