so why not turn your commute or
daily errands into an opportunity to practice mindfulness (rather than a chance to increase your misery)?
Oftentimes when we are out running
errands, we are
so focused on completing tasks and checking off lists that we don't stop to realize how much our children are learning and absorbing from these
daily trips.
When I am in Santa Barbara, it is a pretty low - key existence, and
so I will keep up this natural vibe for the
daily run into town for meetings,
errands, farmers market, yoga, etc..
We've just moved homes and I've been swamped with
so much unpacking, cleaning, working and tons of
daily errands that I didn't find better location and there're plenty of them in this city.
They go together
so well and are a great option to wear out and about on your
daily errands.
San Francisco's hills can kill a vehicle's mileage,
so this should be seen as worst - case, but it was surprising to find a hybrid's trip computer measuring 14 - 16 mpg on the
daily errand run — sometimes less than half the EPA's rating.
That said, the side supports didn't feel
so aggressive as to make
errand running and
daily driving annoying, but we'll reserve judgment until we spend a full week hopping in and out.
