I started by cutting the kernels from the cob — these were kind
of small
so I added a little more to equal the amount I would have had from 3 good size
ears of corn.
We grill
so much during the year
so I decided to add a few
ears of corn to the grill when I was grilling chicken.
Regular coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut flakes, and
of course avocado are all high in fat
so that's where the vast majority
of the calories come from, although granted six
ears of corn would contribute ~ 600 calories, making it the second highest contributor
of calories in the recipe.
I also added one
ear of fresh sweet
corn, but not until the very end
so it retained its sweetness and crunch.
We use three
ears of corn (
so more than a cup) and cook the quinoa with veggie broth, but those are the only changes we've made, and they are fantastic.

After all, canines are carnivores which allow certain types like raw dog food to thrive and it's hard to imagine our four - legged friends going crazy over an
ear of corn;
so why are most pet meals main ingredients, grains?
So, I used pieces
of corn husks and the
ears of corn to fill in my wire window baskets.
