food processor as the Vitamix doesn't create that smooth and creamy texture, and often need a form of liquid to function too.
I couldn't
find cacao to begin with
so I used cocoa powder and they tasted really nice but i just
found cacao at my local health
food store and made these tonight and they are amazing,
so much more rich than the ones I made with the cocoa powder.
I used normal dates, and I
found that if you chop them up small and place them in the
food processor with the hot kumera for a few minutes, the hot kumera actuallly softens them
so they blend nicely.
But
so much of the population is trying to
find healthier grab - and - go options from

You can make almond butter just by putting almonds by themselves in a
food processor and blending them for about 15 minutes, I
found that this way was cheaper than buying ready made almond butter and it is
so delicious!
Geoff likes to tell the story that he got into the fiery
foods business because he couldn't
find a good Thai garlic - chilli - ginger sauce,
so he had to make his own.
