I love using the two ingredient dough in all kinds of recipes — from classic
pizzas to not -
so - classic
pizzas to getting creative with
flatbreads.
These
flatbread are
so fun and a great way to lighten up a traditional
pizza with new flavors.
However, I'm keeping my list of autumn ideas, and I've added recently both beetroot and squash
pizzas /
flatbread so there's a good chance I'm trying it soon:) Looks and sounds scrumptious, Evi!
It's
so easy to transform anything and everything I have in my kitchen into a
flatbread pizza, quesadilla or wrap as long as I have Flatouts on hand.
I just made a
flatbread pizza and it is
so creamy and delicious.
The
flatbread pizzas (I used Naan for the bread since they hold up
so nicely on the grill) were quickly warmed up on the grill then taken off and topped with a shmear of fresh pesto, the sauteed mushrooms and of course cheese.
So I've decided that I need to take time to myself everyday — even if it's just 5 minutes to sit and enjoy a quick coffee, squeezing in a run at the end of the day, or taking 15 minutes to make and devour this quick
flatbread pizza.

so that that everything melds into a glorious crackly
flatbread that has nothing in common with the doughy excess of American
