So sorry but the Android app sadly hasn't

I love overnight oats as well but like you I never really
get around to prepare them the night before
so this
recipe is perfect for me!

When I was making these (an hour ago), I was thinking, oh no, the

The sweet potatoes do have to be orange and unsweetened cocoa powder is different to raw cacao
so you would have needed about triple the amount listed in the
recipe to
get the right flavour!
So we've

Hi Ella, I've just bought your book and have tried a couple of
recipes which where lovely however I need to invest in a food processor
so was just woundering what to look for with regards to Watt / blades and speed ect especially for the Medjool dates as they can
get stuck on blades!
I had some milled flaxseeds in
so I have been using them in
recipes, but I am going to
get some whole ones as I love the texture of the whole seeds.
I am far from a health foodie but every
recipe of yours I have tried
so far is
getting me closer I am
so glad I didn't throw out coconut milk (which I bought in hopes to switch from regular kind but hated it) and was able to use it for this.
We also don't eat meat
so it's been a challenge, but it looks like most of your
recipes don't contain any of these — even the oats (although I realise some do) I
get so fedup with people telling me he needs to eat meat just because he's allergic to all of these things and I've been muddling along but generally struggle with yummy meals to suit the whole family — these look like heaven, I'm
so excited to start trying these — have a huge list for the health food shop now Thanks Ella!

This is the first
recipe I am about to make out of the book, all the ingredients are out on the worktop, spinach gathered from my polytunnel and I'm ready to go... or rather I was until I broke the tin opener on the cats tin of tuna this morning,
so I'm off out to buy another one and THEN I can finally
get going.
I'm always tinkering with
recipes to make them nutritious and at the same time appealing to a wider audience
so that every member of the family can
get excited at dinnertime.

so far made the cinnamon pecan granola, lentil bolognaise, coconut thai curry with chickpeas, chickpea flour wraps and warming winter curry.
