After a long trip to a cold and and snowy Pennsylvania so that we could visit my family over spring break, I was beyond happy to return home to California, where the weather is warm, the sun is shining, and it actually feels like spring!

But I'm so happy to be learning new techniques and exploring different areas of baking on a regular basis (with home baking and culinary school).

I don't think that home bakers using volume measurements are wrong to do so if they are happy with the process and happy with their results.
