game we just released (last year for
home consoles) is Mortal Kombat 9,
so they really need to see something that's a new experience or they're going to feel like they've already played it.
The Switch's biggest feature is that it's a hybrid portable and
home console,
so you can take all the latest HD
games with you anywhere.
So a player of an action
game such as Call of Duty would be able to download an app to his (and, let's face it, we're usually talking about guys here) smartphone or work computer and crow about his scores or schedule a
game with buddies through Facebook - like status updates even when he's away from his
console or
home PC.
After all, why would a family buy a video
game console when it could purchase a
home computer, which had the capability to do
so much more?
In fact, Rechnitz and Reichberg were
so close that the feds claim they dressed up as elves on Christmas Day 2013 and drove initially to Grant's
home where they gave video
game consoles and jewelry to his family before heading off to Harrington's
home, where they handed out another
console to his kids.
The first

The latter, a Monster Hunter and Soul Sacrifice like
game, is a really good offer for those still playing with the almost dead Sony portable
console; ultimately a good reason for you to pick it back up in case you have long missed it... and don't forget it's PlayStation TV compatible,
so you will even be able to play it on your
home TV.
With Nintendo focusing
so hard on providing an enjoyable software experience for their
home console, what sort of cross-over
games would you like to see from this?
the last Zelda
game on a Nintendo
home console, was in 2011 with Skyward Sword, which is almost 3 years ago (will be 3 in november)
so no, they need to bring out a new zelda
game, and yes, Mario needs a vacation, at least until holiday 2015.
I really like the idea of it being a hybrid between a
home console and a handheld because that they can appeal to both casual and core
gamers,
so all they need is a standard controller for the
home console and good specs that's somewhat comparable to base PS4 specs.
Because Microsoft is paying them to not make Wii U
games,
so Nintendo stops making
home consoles.

I don't know why that changed when the PS3 came out, but Japanese devs moved away from the genre on
home consoles to the point where there just weren't as many big ones to choose from,
so the fan base that remained moved onto mostly portables because that's where the
games moved to.
In the West, we feel like PlayStation is where
home consoles really caught on with Final Fantasy 7,
so Final Fantasy has that foundation... where it really captured the hearts of
gamers.
The fact is, both Sony & MS's new
consoles are about equal in all facets in reality, both have a similar amount of great exclusives, even to the point of being in similar genres... And regardless of propaganda, media beatups (such as in Driveclubs & Halo's cases)... regardless of the OBVIOUS MAINLY U.S. based media favoritism of there own
home grown
console manufacturing giant, both machines are great, &
so similar in all areas, that choosing between the 2, comes down to all these little bullshite bits & bops, such as marketing, corporate naming & such... as well as the more
game related things, such as gaming preferences, controllers comfort, online infrastructure, etc, etc.... But, the point is, WHO REALLY CARES??? Who worries about this shite, over actually playing & enjoying such brilliant
games?
So when it comes to developing
games that are going to convince people to buy a
home console.
I'm really hyped up for MK on the go... I'm happy with my Vita, I understand it's a new device
so It's set for a slow start (just as the PS3 and 3DS had, and look at them now) and I find myself playing my fighting
games way more often on portables than on
home consoles.
Whilst the
game will also appear on both Microsoft's and Sony's
consoles, it appears that the PlayStation 4 is where Destiny's true
home will be and with the
game showing
so much promise, we won't be entirely surprised if we find ourselves using the term «Destiny - killer» in the future.
To be painfully clear; these video
games that I'm talking about will be released on physical cartridges that will plug into your old Sega Mega Drive (and Sega Genesis)
home video
game console so that you can play them just like you did in the 1990's.
I hate most rhythm
games, mostly because I'm inherently terrible at them (but also partially because I don't like a lot of the music)... but I like Vocaloid music enough that I think I might give this a try on my vita... I wouldn't ever play a
game like this on a
home console so I gave a pass to the PS3 version, but I can see myself playing this at a hotel or on the bus...
Also, as well as the reasons you mentioned, at the very start of gaming, arcades were a big thing (way bigger than
home consoles in that era)
so games were hard by design to get you to keep putting «quarters» in, and it took some time before people began to take new approaches to making
games, basically.
Yea
so they can make a slimmer revision of the
game pad a year later lol and its a
home console so durability isnt a big deal.

so every backer who is set to receive a download version of Mighty No. 9 can choose either of these as the system for their
game download, instead of a
home console or PC version.)

games have featured on the last few Nintendo

so they're bound to end up on the Wii at some point.
So for this to work a new
home console would need first - party
games the caliber of Nintendo, but the third - party support of Sony, and Microsoft as well.

They've been making a mint off their virtual

Shin Megami Tensei 4 is a 3DS exclusive,
so it hasn't got a lot of hardware to play with — not really, not when you think it could have released the

game has been a treat
so far and for a hybrid

consoles in my
home to make sure I could do
so.
The Nintendo Switch is both a handheld and a
home console so most
games are made to be great at both.

games that have online multiplayer but only single local
so we have to play with our family on seperate
consoles in the same
home.
Why do some developers and publishers hate them
so much and why do they think it would be «awesome» if the next generation of
home consoles from Sony and Microsoft blocked used
games altogether?
