I don't even want to think what that would taste like with so much potato in the recipe and
so little sweetener.

It's very sweet and delicious but a
little pricey and hard to find,
so you can swap in any liquid
sweetener.
It tastes a
little bit sweet,
so you can add less
sweetener to your recipes.
With no sucrose at all (or a type of
sweetener that ends in «ose») the ingredients don't react properly or cook right,
so I always have to put a
little in, such as agave nectar.
Both are good, both offer a
little bit difference in flavor, but essentially you just need a
sweetener so you're not just drinking lime tequila.
I do think the dressing is a

so I might tone it down next time with less or no added

little sweetener if you'd like, but the Nutchello is subtly sweet too
so you don't need a lot.

sweetener and TYH's organic sprouted flours.
Instead of any syrup or
sweeteners I added a
little lemon juice and passionfruit pulp as these combine
so well with the berries and add an extra flavour dimension.

so a
little goes a long way and can be used sparingly as an alternative.
I found that one cup of cacao made this recipe very rich
so feel free to add less, and if you have a big sweet tooth, a
