I love that your version incorporates
so much coconut, as it is one of my favorite ingredients.
As it is, I'm getting some saturated fat from the beef / mutton I've started eating, so I thought
so much coconut oil is really going to bring the SFA count up.
Basically no oil is best, as whole plant fats (where the oils are made) like avocado, olives, coconut themselves are best, which are only needed in small amounts (not
so much coconut unless LDL is in good shape).
My plan was to use coconut milk as many do, but I use
so much coconut milk for other things that I wanted to be able to use something else.
I wasn't sure if they would like
so much coconut oil so I added a mix of ghee and coconut oil.
Even if you still get constipated with a good amount of fiber and water intake, at least you won't get constipated for so long and need not eat
so much coconut oil just to move your bowels.
In any case I wouldn't take
so much coconut oil.
I haven't tried the bread using
so much coconut flour so it's just an estimate.
I now have more of a stew without
so much coconut flavor.
I had
so much coconut the day I woke up with my sore throat, which is what I attribute toward healing it under 24 hours, along with the above tips.
Believe me as much as I love the stuff there is only
so much coconut yoghurt you can eat.
The cupcakes themselves are so light and fluffy and both the cupcake and the frosting have

so much coconut oil that I buy the giant Costco size, but for starting out, I'd recommend going small.
The purpose wasn't an overpowering coconut flavour but with
so much coconut in the ingredients it would be amiss of me not to add coconut somewhere in the name.

Cooked for 20 minutes, in an oven I know was at the right temperature and they were just rawish and doughy once cooled
so not to be beaten I've reheated and cooked further they still taste like bad cookie dough and the sauce tastes to
much like
coconut.
Every night I use a small amount of
coconut oil on my face as a moisturizer and I always wake up looking
so much fresher than I ever used to.
You really don't need very
much as it is pretty grease
so you'll be slipping and sliding around your bed if you use as
much coconut oil as you would normal moisturizer!

so much so I had to make two batches after my 3 and 6 year old stole the first lot from me!

Yes almond would be great, I haven't cooked that
much with
coconut flour
so can't say for sure but I don't see why not!

coconut milk is
much thicker than
coconut water
so it gives the creamiest texture and flavour.
I've developed a couple of nut allergies recently
so I try not to have too
much coconut often just to be safe.
My hair, next to the scalp is quite oily
so using
coconut oil makes it
much worse.

A giant, 500 ml, pot of
coconut oil costs between # 10 - 15 and lasts about two months if you use it as
much as I do,
so it's
so much cheaper than buying expensive moisturizers etc..
I'm not
so sure about
coconut milk though, as it's
much richer than all of the other options.

Hi Nataly, Actually, I make some changes to recipe I added only 1 tbs of maple syrup, 1 tbs Greek yogurt, 1/8
coconut oil, 1 tbs of almond milk Why I did it??? Because, I think that the 2tbs of syrup is too
much, and I thought to remplace the other tbs with the Greek yogurt, then I thought how this mug doesn't attach to the container,
so I added a little
coconut oil, in the end I saw that the mix is a little hard
so I added the milk.

coconut milk
so I love that yours is
much simpler and the technique to make it creamy because almond milk does get ice hard.

The filling is studded with toasted pecans and toasted
coconut; the toasting takes mere minutes but adds
so much in terms of flavor and texture.
Coconut flour is very dry
so you wouldn't need as
much, but like I said, I don't know the amounts.

Hi Ruth, if it has too
much fruit in it for you, you could try reducing it a bit as for the
coconut flour I don't see why you couldn't use it but I haven't tried it
so I am not sure of the result you would get.
The
coconut milk is really rich though
so I wouldn't use too
much of it.
I took some time off from this ice cream because I always loved it
