so I'm genuinely interested in your answer.
Only request: it would be great to have the
nutrition info for each recipe,
so I could see how
much fiber I'm getting, etc..
Which is a super awesome feat because there's
so much good
nutrition packed in there in the place of ordinary cheese — including fiber, protein, potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, etc..
Plain Jane potatoes have
so much less color, less flavor, less
nutrition (it's true!)
Also, want to say that my MG is
much much better since I changed my
nutrition (no sugar — that is a must, otherwise I still cheat a lot with meat and other stuff, that is not
so healthy.)
