coconut so it was more of a spicy carrot puree on the sweet potato (and substituted the chick peas

so moisturizing and good), Copper Moon Apothecary night cream (made from
coconut oil and a lot of other essential oils), and Clarins blue orchid facial oil!
If you pre boil the lentils in water
for 15 minutes and then add the
coconut milk and the rest of the ingredients it'll be cooked within an hour
so you don't have to wait 2 to 3 hours.

i made this last night, and have just finished it off
for lunch, its absolutely delicious, i made a few tweeks, i put the potato in raw, i cut them into cubes, but didn't par boil them, this thickened up the curry nicely, i also added, fresh garlic and coriander at the end with the spinach, it was quite thick today,
so i loosened it up with some
coconut milk (fresh) it really is
so good, i served it with black quinoa, I've also just received your book, can't wait to try out more of recipes, you should be very proud of your self Ella, a beautiful book, and inspiring story x

for 20 minutes, in an oven I know was at the right temperature and they were just rawish and doughy once cooled
so not to be beaten I've reheated and cooked further they still taste like bad cookie dough and the sauce tastes to much like
coconut.

coconut milk (which I bought in hopes to switch from regular kind but hated it) and was able to use it
for this.
The new recipes are absolutely incredible and I'm

for the sweet recipes think creamy key lime pie, beetroot chocolate cake with
coconut icing, dreamy smoothies, baked apple and cinnamon porridge, berry scones with

I couldn't find date syrup,
so I used
coconut syrup, which I bought
for one of your other recipes and seeing as it only required a little almond butter, I made my own.
Tho I'm not a fan of orange
so I substituted it
for coconut water to get the consistency right.
Put the nut butter and
coconut oil in the food processor and mix
for 1 minute or
so.
Creamed
coconut is more
for when you need to use
coconut cream
so I would stick to the organic tinned ones.
I got your recipe book
for my birthday a few weeks ago and have
so far made the cinnamon pecan granola, lentil bolognaise,
coconut thai curry with chickpeas, chickpea flour wraps and warming winter curry.

for it to become like the thick cream that can be found at the top of the Biona cans?
Yes almond would be great, I haven't cooked that much with
coconut flour
so can't say
for sure but I don't see why not!
For these muffins extra virgin olive oil instead or
coconut oil will work great, as will omitting the agave but unfortunately the dates are a really big part of the recipe
so I don't know if you can replace them.
As the liquid you can use either water, almond milk or
coconut water, they're all equally awesome
so use whatever is easiest
for you — almond milk is the creamiest though,
so it's probably my favourite.
I'm

so I will bookmark this beauty to make

First place one cup each of the almonds, pumpkin seeds, ground flaxseed and sunflowers seeds in a food processor and blend

so good and all you do is substitute half the water

Very mild in flavor the way it was,
so next time I will probably do 1.5 - 2x of everything
for a more intensely flavored rice, and I think I will cook the rice with
coconut milk instead of water to up the
coconut flavor.
