Pieces (peanut butter candies), I made peanut butter
ginger apple cookies.
I never had pumpkin cheesecake before, I made this one yesterday, my husband and I just had a

of this world, I didn't have gingersnap cookies
so I had to use graham crackers I added a little bit
of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice and
ginger to the crust and mine did crack a little even with the water bath, that's ok, it gets eaten anyway.
Take one thumb - size
piece of ginger root, washed and peeled, and boil it in a cup or
so of water for two or three minutes.
So start with a 1 inch
piece of ginger, stir it in, and then see if you need more.
What makes these meatballs
so special is the addition
of ginger, nutmeg, and
pieces of onion.
So we're gonna actually juice
pieces of the
ginger 2 to 3 ounces
of ginger juice.
I also used lots
of ginger since I had peeled an inch
piece and didn't want to waste (probably 2.5 tsp) but I love
ginger so it was awesome!!
So if using fresh
pieces of fruit or
ginger, cut into small
pieces to make it easier for the flavor to infuse.
