I made it
so I can serve her the chicken separately, along with the corn, and I can make a

My family's own menu choices included authentic chicken fajitas and

Quesadilla.
I had a little bit of the chipotle sauce leftover
so Travis dunked his
quesadilla slices in the chipotle sauce and I drizzled the last of it over my
quesadilla.
In this case, KRAFT asked me to make one of the recipes from their website to show off their new cheese packaging,
so I chose their Chopped Chicken Salad with Mexican style Four Cheese blend (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Asadero, Queso
Quesadilla cheeses).
I was hungry
so we had the Artichoke - Spinach Dip
Quesadilla.
From there we've got at least two meals of leftovers,
so the rotation goes first into chicken and black bean
quesadillas, then into homemade pizza, and snacks for those times when dinner is running too late.
The chapters are broken down by time, with recipes that can be prepared in under 15, 20, 30, and 40 minutes,
so no matter how busy you are, you can get dinner on the table, whether it be smoky pepper and white bean
quesadilla, butternut squash and sweet leek hash, or chickpea pasta with simple tomato sauce.

It's easy to veganize
quesadillas simply by using vegan cheese (my favorite is Daiya shreds, as they melt
so very nicely — any variety, though the spicy pepper jack is particularly good for this purpose).
Quesadilla's are
so easy to make, hardly any «cooking» involved, just assemble, using the fillings of your choice.
Even the
quesadillas and wraps turn out
so good in this.
Plus, the recipe stated I should let it cool first before adding the lime juice, but my
quesadillas were done and my kids were hungry...
so I went for it.
The thing I love about
quesadillas is they are
so easy to customize for everyone.
It's
so easy to transform anything and everything I have in my kitchen into a flatbread pizza,
quesadilla or wrap as long as I have Flatouts on hand.
In this recipe, the salad shrimp are precooked,
so you're just heating them up in the
quesadilla.
From what I read, it seems like the oxalic acid is broken down during cooking,
so I tried to use that to my advantage in these spicy spinach
quesadillas.
You can even prep everything in advance up to the step of stuffing your
quesadillas, and then throw a few on the stove at a time,
so you've got a nice crispy stack at all times.
I'm looking to make the veggies and store for the week
so I can just make me a
quesadilla when I'm in the mood for a quick snack.
The veggies are seasoned up and pan seared,
so you get that savory flavor and tender - crisp fajita texture, but once you sink your teeth into the grilled up tortilla, you'll find that these are unmistakably
quesadillas, thanks to the rich and creamy consistency of the avocados.
So why not gussy up our favorite lunch companions with some roasted squash rouge and a little garlicky kale lipstick and put a little fancy up in our
quesadillas?
Make a little extra
so you'll have enough for
quesadilla fillings, then that part is done.
I confess that I very rarely think about breaking
quesadillas out of their Mexican / cheesy world, but these just look
