slow roasted roma
tomatoes.
If you've never made
slow -
roasted tomatoes before, prepare to have your mind blown because they've got very little to do with the aforementioned packaged variety in all of the best ways: they're
so flavorful that you might think you think someone snuck into your oven and doused them in both vinegar and salt, even if you did neither.
Iwarning: once you
slow roast your
tomatoes, you'll never be able to go back to
roasting them @ 300 for 50 minutes... Another winner,
so I'm grateful that my electricity is included in my rent!!!
You'll also find that
slow roasted tomatoes taste great with just about everything,
so they won't go to waste.

roast advice for the
tomato / onion / garlic mix, but did them at 300 for 1 hr to speed things up.
So I defrosted my last container of these
