sweet tooth and I've found that this sorts out my sleepiness and sugar cravings in

sweet potato brownies work with no maple sirup too, they're most delicious,
so I'm trying these
ones now.
I love making the
sweet brownies and energy bites amongst others and I have a small cusinart food processor
so as I have to make in batches for each ingredient
so I do want to upgrade to a larger
one but I am confused whether to go for a food processor or blender?

I loved them the first time but wanted them to be a little
sweeter,
so to achieve this i used bigger medjool dates (a massive tub from costco only costs # 5, and the dates are
so much bigger, more plump and stickier than the
ones I got from the supermarket last time).
Firstly I want to thank you for such a great blog / book — my housemate and I have made many of your recipes (me the
sweet ones, her the savoury,
so we're balanced out!).
The medjool dates are the
ones that are really soft, naturally
so sweet and really sticky too,
so they help to bind the ingredients together.
I cant believe how simple they are, and they are
so rich,
one ball satisfies my
sweet tooth.
Hi Kate, this is
one of the pricier recipes becuase of the dates, you could try using normal dates, but I just find medjool's are extra sumptuously
sweet and juicy
so just work best in the recipe.
I agree the two bananas make it very
sweet so I used only
one banana and half the dates.
The stew is all made in
one pot,
so you sautee the puree, vinegar, garlic and spices in the pot, let it heat, and then add the coconut milk, tomatoes, aubergine and
sweet potato into the same pot.
We're currently trying to cut down their refined sugar intake
so one day I decided to make your

Yes I just use regular orange
ones, I don't think the white / purple
ones would be

So it's only fitting that our eye would be caught by the
one thing better — loaded
sweet potato skins.

sweet roasted flavor compliments
so many things from sharp and tangy cheeses to buttery and mellow
ones like Brie.
I've found a lot of kids prefer the soft kind,
so when I started working on this recipe a few months ago, my goal was something that was
