My original recipe for
sweet potato brownies has been
so popular over the last few years,
so many of you absolutely love them and make them all the time, but I've been feeling for a while that there was a
way to make them
so much better.
Something like
sweet potato brownies may be healthier than the conventional alternative, but after a week or
so of eating
way too much I find myself feeling a bit rubbish and my old stomach issues will come right back — most notably I'll look about nine months pregnant and be in lots of pain.
I think the problem was just the cocoa v cacao as cacao is
so much stronger
so you need
way more cocoa and my quantities wouldn't have been right at all hence the
sweet potato flavour!
The smoothie turned out
so insanely refreshing, hydrating, and barely
sweet (in a good
way), that I knew I was onto something and had to share the recipe here.
It was
so sour that I ended up putting cane sugar in it but this
way it was
sweet and very sour at the same time.
My daughters are always on diets and my husband says «Noooo, too damn
sweet for me»
so there is no
way, well I could but I won't eat the whole cake myself!
That dessert table looks
way too tempting and I bet put many - a-people in a
sweet,

ways to adjust that a bit.

so much versatility, this is my all - time favorite
way to cook

sweet for me, I used the 1/2 cup of sugar and bing cherries,
so perhaps a tart cherry would have been better.

so I stick to the tried and tested.
Pumpkin is
so versatile with either
sweet or savory dishes and can sneak its
way into most any form.
They taste just like regular

so cutting them up and serving with some dip is also a great

so in case you are not in favor of overtly sugary tastes, you can start with 2 tablespoons Swerve and add more if needed.

i do love potatoes though, and trust your judgement (i prefer salty
WAY over
sweet)
so i think i'll have to try it sometime.
So there's virtually no added sugar in this breakfast which is THE best
way to start the day as it's all about that taste of
sweet that gets you craving more!

way forward, I've been testing out other squash fries too
so far enjoying kabocha and coquina squash fries too — the latter are nice and
