so many
others, dismissed «mommy blogging» as trivial, jejune.
PRO 2: Large cloth
diaper stashes also give you the option to limit your washing days
so rather
than having to wash every
other day to avoid running out of
diapers you can easily do
diaper laundry every couple days, yay!
They fit smaller
than the
other pocket
diaper brands we have,
so they didn't last quite as long.
The
other three have been potty trained around 3.5,
so chances are that we probably even used more
diapers than that.
The only downside to these
diapers is that because they are
so carefully made they do run a little bit higher in price
than other diapers on this list.

diapers is that they are a little more expensive
than other traditional
diapers because they are meant to be used as the last leg of your
diaper changing journey,
so you should only need one of two packs until your little one is ready to primarily use the potty.
Cotton also absorbs faster
than other diapering fabrics
so it is very unlikely to leak and does not repel.
That said, hybrid fitteds are pricier
than many
other diaper options, and
so unless you are addicted to cute prints, I don't recommend them to everyone.
I'm excited that it will allow me to make available more
than baby cloth
diapers; I have a passion for disease and toxin prevention (I'm a registered nurse and grew up on a dairy farm,
so the environment and natural products are very dear to me) and feel that it's a dutiful responsibility of mine to help educate, and make products available to
others.
It's a little smaller
than a standard washer, but works great for a
diaper load every
other day or
so.
Some brands have more snaps
than others,
so you may even have enough for 8
diapers from one kit!
There are
so many reasons people use cloth
diapers, and
so many reasons people use disposable
diapers (the entry costs to start using cloth
diapers are way more
than some excellent parents can manage, for example) that it makes no sense to me to make judgments about
other people's parenting on the basis of choices about
diapering.
So after I stopped the training program, we left her
diaper free (in which many more accidents obviously occurred) and just really left her alone (no more pressuring to go)
other than showing her YouTube potty videos and songs.
There are lots of brands and styles of
diapers, and some are more common
than others,
so you may have to search a bit for comparable items if you're selling a less popular brand.

So if pockets are the only cloth
diaper options that suit your lifestyle & personality, then I can't think of a cheaper North American made
diaper other than the Joy!

so consider going up a size when ordering these inserts.
Blueberry
diapers have a reputation for being cut a bit more full size
than other brands,
so if you have a larger baby these tend to fit better and for longer, even though it only says 10 — 35 lbs.

i purchased one of these in size two when my little girl was still in
diapers and it seemed
so much smaller
than my
other size two - regardless we love love love all thirsties!!!

This wet bag was not intended for anything
other than a couple of
diapers, but I had nothing else and my basin was just too small,
so I hung the little guy to my changing table, and used it.
They are also
so simple to wash and can take abuse better
than any
other diaper.
As some
others have said, you will know when it is time for a
diaper change with these (maybe the dampness will not be
so apparent after lanolizing a few more times???) but really this is helpful as it ensures that I change our daughter sooner rather
than later.
While fees vary based upon experience and certification, any professional you hire to care for your newborn should have extensive experience with small babies
other than their own,
so as to expertly manage sleep training, scheduling,
diaper rash, soothing and night time feedings.
