than the first... Overall I physically feel...
So if you are looking for a pair of more elegant shoes, which are less eye - catching
than those you mostly see in the lookbook, some of the low wedges and flat
sandals will surely not disappoint you.
I have
so many ideas as to how to wear the skirt in the spring (I'm thinking pretty white blouse, with these cognac
sandals), and these over the knee boots will probably never leave my feet for the next few weeks.There's seriously nothing better
than buying pieces you know you'll get
so much wear out of!

sandals (in stores soon) The only thing better
than this red dress is the fact that it comes in white and blue too,
so for those of you who find this beauty too striking, there's a little bit simpler option.
I do love summer wedges or
sandals that have a wooden or faux wooden finish on the base of the shoe,
so that part easily appeals to me, but on the whole the style is bulkier
than I tend to find appealing.
I have far more summer shoes and
sandals than I do for colder weather,
so I bought a few extra boxes for when I put my summer shoes away.
Luckily in Southern California we are blessed with some pretty amazing weather all throughout the year
so I find myself wearing comfy
sandals more often
than not.
It was a high of 60º and a low of 42º in Paris Thursday,
so it only makes sense that she'd opt for open - toe
sandals and a mesh dress (hers is Lanvin) that bares more
than it conceals.
I love maxis but I feel like they look
so much better with
sandals than regular ballet flats
so I've struggled to find the right outfits during the winter.
The low heel makes them ideal for all - day walking yet
so much more polished
than your average
sandal.
At the end I ended packing more
than what I had planned, mainly because hot weather clothing is super light and
so are the
sandals.
There are few pairs of
sandals I get more use out of
than simple black strappies that transition from day to night
so flawlessly — plus they stay comfortable.
Another reason that I love this seasons
so much is that the dress code is
so much more relaxed and «anything goes»
than any other season, and that gives my outfits
so much variety and room to play - from dresses to jeans to shorts to
sandals to booties to skirts,
so many pieces are options, and lately I've really been feeling that laid - back, fun festival style that screams «summer» and shows off just a little bit more skin
than I would normally be comfortable showing.

so you can change out the straps to coordinate with all of the outfits in your suitcase, rather
than packing multiple pair of flats for your trip.
Platform
sandals are more feminine
than sneakers on platforms,
so current in previous seasons.
So sandals are waaaay more important of an investment
than boots.
I was also
so excited to wear these Loeffler Randall Luz
sandals for more
than just a few minutes since it's still too cold in Chicago.
And personally, I love the lace - up flats
SO much better
than lace - up
sandals... I don't know why, I just think it looks weird on a flat
sandal.
This black dress (again H&M, and even cheaper
than the others, Short Satin Dress, # 17.99) I wore for an evening out with some black
sandals and a cute black handbag (the ever
so popular bag among bloggers but also 5 year - olds apparently, the Lou bag by Sandro, # 280).
Great tip re the manicure, I hate feet, I think they're ugly
so there is nothing worse
than coming across someone with cute
sandals but ugly, unpolished exposed toes.
This particular day was quite warm
so I didn't need a jacket, but I wore boots rather
than sandals and that alone gives it more of an autumnal feel.
I remember being a little kid and owning a pair of platform
sandals like these,
so I just had to get my hands on a pair now that they're back in style and hotter
than ever!
