I used 1 cup
coconut flour and 1/2 cup almond and
kept the liquid the same but then found I had waaay too much liquid to add
so I didn't use it all.

Coconut can go from white to burnt very quickly

I just tried the recipe for the
coconut pancakes mine sure did not turn out like pancakes it was just a crumbled mess,
