So coconut milk and cold - process coconut products are magic.
This was also delicious, though basmati is less sticky than jasmine rice,
so the coconut milk doesn't seem to absorb as much and tends to form more of a creamy coating on the grains.
I'm allergic to dairy,

so it might change the flavour and consistency of the stew.
I made this with carrots instead of squash and instead of
coconut milk used a bit of stock and half a block of creamed
coconut so it was more of a spicy carrot puree on the sweet potato (and substituted the chick peas for green peas plus added some spinach) and it was delicious.
Though, came out a bit dry and I had to add more liquids
so lentils can fully cooked (I used almond
milk as I had no more
coconut milk).
If you pre boil the lentils in water for 15 minutes and then add the
coconut milk and the rest of the ingredients it'll be cooked within an hour
so you don't have to wait 2 to 3 hours.
I really recommend trying it with the
coconut milk next time but I'm
so happy it still turned out delicious!
i made this last night, and have just finished it off for lunch, its absolutely delicious, i made a few tweeks, i put the potato in raw, i cut them into cubes, but didn't par boil them, this thickened up the curry nicely, i also added, fresh garlic and coriander at the end with the spinach, it was quite thick today,
so i loosened it up with some
coconut milk (fresh) it really is
so good, i served it with black quinoa, I've also just received your book, can't wait to try out more of recipes, you should be very proud of your self Ella, a beautiful book, and inspiring story x
It's one of my favourite vegetables as there are
so many amazing things you can do with it — grate it down and stir through spices and
coconut milk to serve with a spicy curry, roast it in olive oil and cumin for a beautiful side or even cut it into cauliflower steaks and bake it in the oven for a really delicious main dish.

I've not tried this with veg stock, however it's the
coconut milk which works
so well with the tomatoes to create the best mix of flavours and consistency!

I tried a tasty variation of this today as I didn't have any almond
milk so I used oat
milk and the remnants of a can of
coconut milk which had a lot of lumpy, creamy bits.
As the liquid you can use either water, almond
milk or
coconut water, they're all equally awesome
so use whatever is easiest for you — almond
milk is the creamiest though,
so it's probably my favourite.
I wanted to use up the almond pulp left over from making
milk so I decided to add a cupful of finely chopped dates, some grated
coconut, a dash of maple syrup, vanilla, & about a tablespoon of cacao; I used the blender
so added a bit of wáter & a Little of the almond
milk too......... made a fabulous mousse - like mixture!

so it gives the creamiest texture and flavour.
They literally take three minutes each and require
so few ingredients
so anyone can make them anytime anywhere, all you need are bananas, dates, strawberries,
coconut milk, cinnamon and cacao — it's perfect.
About 1/2 a glass of
milk, 100 ml (I use almond or
coconut milk — the amount of
milk does depend on how thick or runny you like it though,
so please adjust accordingly)
All three taste
so delicious, they're just
so wonderfully cool and refreshing, yet still
so wonderfully sweet and creamy thanks to the

The stew is all made in one pot,
so you sautee the puree, vinegar, garlic and spices in the pot, let it heat, and then add the

so yuummy and i cant describe the hevenly sweet oatmel and i made him a few changes to the recipe and add
coconut milk, mango, blackberries apple, walnuts and honey amaranth forever got ta have it, this banana pancakes and have fascinated me my favorite breakfast of curse whit yummy smothie or green juice!!

Add eggs,
