As much as I aspire to love stevia, I haven't been able to get on board with it at all — its flavor is the only thing I can taste when I add it to absolutely anything,
so coconut sugar has been my # 1 powdered natural sweetener choice for years.
I'm dying to make this for my husband but don't know if 1:1 honey would work (he doesn't eat coconut,
so coconut sugar is not an option this time.).

It's made of just two ingredients — clementines and
coconut cream —
so there's not even any added
sugar, which is awesome.

I had to make two adjustments to the recipe: I could not find creme de coco or

sugar to 1 cup and used that instead of the creme and the 1/4 c of water, and it came out to the right consistency.

coconut milk with the 1/4 c
sugar in a large measuring cup, or really anything with a pouring spout, thoroughly
so the
sugar dissolves.

Only issues, one daughter hates

so I will disguise that and see if she notices the taste and he doesn't like curry,

coconut milk (not the lite kind) in the fridge, wait a day or
so, then take the creamy stuff from the top and whip that with a tablespoon or two of powdered

Making nut butters at home is really rewarding, because they taste
so much better than store bought ones, are usually cheaper, and you can enjoy the cleanest nut butter ever with just the nut (and optionally
coconut sugar and sea salt) as the only ingredient, instead of a bunch of chemicals and random ingredients that aren't necessary.
Every winter I make candied nuts at some point which is such a huge
