No matter how long I leave it in the fridge it never separates, and
so I use my hand mixer and mix and mix and mix, but it never really gets solid enough, so ends up running down the sides of the cake.
I did have a few little bits of cream cheese,

I do not have a bread maker
so I
used an electric
hand mixer with the dough hook instead (started with low and went to medium after 30 mins).
I didn't have flax or hemp seeds on
hand, but I really wanted to try this recipe,

used 1/2 cup of ground
mixed raw almonds, sunflower seeds and pepitas and 1/2 cup of chia seeds instead and it turned out
