You will be amazed at how
soaked raw nuts taste far better than unsoaked raw nuts!
Soaked raw nuts are far more digestible than plain raw nuts.
My husband can eat
soaked raw nuts with no problem.
While extremely nutritious, it is best to keep the amount of
soaked raw nuts consumed each day to a closed handful at most.
Fats as I understand aren't deliberately sought out, save for maybe a handful of
soaked raw nuts or seeds.

When you do begin to reintroduce, be sure to always

If you purchase
raw nuts it is best to
soak then in water overnight.
If your
raw cashews have not been

I have found that those who avoid eating
