For many of us, there are few things more enjoyable than
soaking in a warm bath after a long day.
Instead of using a heating pad, try treating minor abdominal discomfort by
soaking in a warm bath or changing positions.
Rather than, you should do something comfortable and relaxing, such as
soaking in warm bath for about 15 minutes or having a caffeine - free, warm drink, like honey, milk, or a cup of herbal tea.
