as more water makes for soggy quinoa; (4) cook in vegetable stock instead of water and add in flavorings like smashed garlic, peppercorns and fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs.

Since this is my first time cooking with coconut flour, I would like to cook these pancakes a few more times
as written before I try different
liquids like mashed blueberries, overripe bananas or
soaked zucchinis or carrots.
The fruit puree is quite runny so the parchment paper

liquid and crinkles underneath (making the fruit roll ups crinkly

soaking bean water, or can it be used

They will
soak up a lot of
liquid as they cook, so you may need to add in more water
as you go along.
When you leave the chia seeds to
soak in
liquid over night (
as in this chia pudding), the seeds absorb the water and form a gel - like substance that coats the middle of the seed (a black center).
MARINATE: To flavor and moisturize pieces of meat, poultry, seafood or vegetable by

I made it with gluten free brown rice pasta and did not need to adjust the
