in our starting 11 it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... neither one of these players should still be with our club at this point because they represent the settling half - measures that have plagued this team for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the
soccer world, where teams don't have enough talented young players, unlike a Monaco or Dortmund, because they have lost the plot from an organizational standpoint... they are so reliant on one individual to run the whole operation that their once relevant scouting department has become so antiquated that it can no longer find those hidden gems it once had... furthermore, when you leave all decision - making to a manager who despises any dissenting opinions, your management team becomes little more than a stagnant group of «yes men» and no new ideas emerge... so instead of developing a team with the qualities necessary to excel
in a particular system, you continually make half - brain purchases year after year to stifle dissent from the ticket - buying public, then try desperately to finagle together a lineup regardless of what would make positional sense... have you ever heard of a team who plays players out of position so often... of course not because that manager would likely be fired and never work for a team of any consequence ever again
THERESA HIRSCHAUER CINCINNATI Hirschauer, a senior striker, became the leading women's

Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished player
in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely by
season's end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display than
in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing
in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought
in from the get - go... both of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways
soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their game even more, combined with our average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those
in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** off

this has got to be the most what the fuck
season in all of
soccer.
Although I've found it very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant about all things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently right now or we're going to get played by this club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion of the
season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it
in for several years now or that things are going to get much worse before they get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some of the highest priced tickets
in the World... they want to have a front row seat to see something special and to be seen doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many of them, Wenger is the sun
in their
soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly of themselves... many might not even of really liked football that much before his arrival and rarely games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but of course it will be too late by then... so when we go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering of anarchy, it scares the shit out of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than at those who really perpetrated this act of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our comments have gotten more vile
in recent years is out of utter frustration...
in order for any real change to occur at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead of the heart for now

in St. Louis, home of the once - vaunted «Greatest Show on Earth»... they had to endure numerous losing campaigns under his reign, before suffering the ultimate humiliation, as he moved the team to Los Angeles to quench his seemingly unending financial thirst... do you think it's a coincidence that ever since his arrival both Wenger and Gazidis have made grand claims each and every May to secure
season ticket sales then fail to live up to the billing... they will do anything to make money except the very things that would make the most sense from a
soccer perspective: buying a world - class striker since RVP, a Viera - like boss
in the midfield and a dominant, physical CB
in the mold of Adams or Sol... let's face it, they didn't even try

If we start this
season without either extending Sanchez's contract or selling and replacing him with a SUITABLE alternative (S) it will be a clear sign from this organization that nothing has changed and that we will never get it right until both Kroenke and Wenger are gone... if nothing is resolved and we lose him for free, then try to find a replacement
in the much inflated marketplace, this would be typical of the half - baked decision - making that has plagued this team for a number of years... this is what I call the «no man's land» of the

By the time even an unsophisticated clientele could see that these just couldn't be the great players of the past, there was nothing with which to follow the act, except for further imports — many of whom treated their American
